PSB 17-3 – Contract # RR-13-4116: I-88 Widening & Reconstruction Project York Road Plaza (M.P. 138.1) to I-290 (M.P. 140.5)

ARK Engineering provided Phase III construction engineering services for this project. The improvement includes reconstruction of 2.4 miles of roadway between York Road and I-290. This work also includes ramp reconstruction, bridge reconstruction, bridge widening and rehabilitation, construction of retaining and noise abatement walls, guardrail, concrete barrier wall installation, roadway lighting, intelligent transportation system (ITS) elements, signage, pavement marking, drainage and landscaping.
