PSB 18-2 – Contract # I-18-4380: Elgin O’Hare Western Access, I-294 Roadway & Bridge Reconstruction and Widening Project (Grand Ave. to Wolf Rd.)

ARK Engineering provided Phase III construction engineering services for this project. The improvement includes reconstruction and widening of I-294 from Grand Ave. to Wolf Road, and flyover construction for Elgin O’Hare Western Access. This work also includes ramp reconstruction, bridge widening and reconstruction, construction of retaining and noise abatement walls, guardrail, concrete barrier wall installation, roadway lighting, intelligent transportation system (ITS) elements, signage, pavement marking, drainage and landscaping.
